Video: Love Child Pumpkin Yogurt Muffins (no added sugar)

In episode three of Cooking with Love Child, Leah shows her friend Megan, and all of you,  how to make superfood-packed muffins using Love Child pumpkin yogurt puree, and only dates as a sweetener! We promise you, your kids will not miss the sugar, and these easy muffins will become breakfast and snack staples. Love Child Pumpkin Yogurt Muffins


1 ½ cup spelt flour

½ cup oats

¼ cup chia (mix with ½ cup warm water)

4 tbsp coconut oil

3 Love Child Apple Pumpkin Raisin Cinnamon Yogurt pouches

1 cup pitted dates

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

pinch salt

2 TBSP pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (optional)



Grease a 12 muffin tin and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix water and chia together in a small bowl and let sit at least 5 minutes until it turns into a gel.

Combine all dry ingredients except dates and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.

Blend wet ingredients (chia gel, coconut oil and Love Child purees) and dates in a high powered blender.

Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix.

Fill muffin tin cups 2/3 full, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds if using and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
