An All Grown Up Snack & Cheese Board

Whenever I host play dates, I love having a large snack platter to serve for both the children and the parents. I throw on a pot of fresh coffee and create a board full of fun surprises that will please all ages. I know how crazy life is and especially when trying to head out of the house with children. It’s sweaty, it’s prolonged, it’s a straight up battle. I like to reward my fellow mama friends by allowing them to relax with a fresh, hot coffee and some refuelling snacks as soon as they arrive. And we all know food makes kids happy but most importantly, it helps keep them busy.

Snack platters are great for so many reasons. This method of serving food is a huge hit with my rather selective toddler. Kids love options and variety even if it doesn’t seem like it. It’s a very stress and pressure-free way for them to explore food.  Snack and cheese boards also allow space for a balanced meal, are aesthetically pleasing, and are actually very simple to build. There are also no rules when it comes to creating a beautiful snack and cheese plate. Fill up that board with whatever you wish to serve. I personally always include a few snack options from Love Child Organics, cheese, and fruits and vegetables. But here is a complete list of some great kid friendly snack platter ideas:
